Supreme XTreme by JFB Hart Coatings is a true water-based polyurethane that eliminates burnishing, buffing, and stripping β permanently. Applied in occupied facilities with no odor, no evacuation required.
One product line covers virtually every surface β applied in occupied buildings, no shutdown required, with performance numbers that crush the competition.
No more burnishing, buffing, or stripping. Supreme XTreme is applied once and maintained with a simple mop or auto-scrubber. The labor savings alone pay for the product many times over.
True water-based formula β virtually odorless, non-flammable, no respirator needed. Applied directly in hospitals, schools, and hotels while they stay open. Zero downtime.
4H pencil hardness. 160 in-lbs impact resistance. 2,600+ PSI adhesion without primer. NFSI Certified High Traction (COF >0.60 wet). These aren't claims β they're independently verified test results.
Under 20 g/L VOCs β qualifies as "Super Compliant" by South Coast AQMD. LEED credit eligible under EQ Low Emitting Coatings. No Prop 65 chemicals. No solvents.
Floors, walls, concrete, tile & grout, steel, wood, fiberglass β horizontal, vertical, interior or exterior. Available in Gloss, Satin, and Matte. Clear coat or any custom color.
Stands up to bleach, betadine, ketchup, gasoline, MEK, isopropyl alcohol, ethanol, and more. In healthcare and food service, that kind of chemical resistance isn't optional β it's essential.
From Disney World and the Chicago Bears to school districts and McDonald's franchises β Supreme XTreme performs where other coatings fail.

For decades, facility managers have been stuck in the same costly cycle: wax goes on, floors get buffed, floors get stripped, and the whole process starts again. It's expensive, disruptive, and never-ending.
JFB Hart Coatings distributes Supreme XTreme β a 2-component aliphatic polyester polyurethane that permanently replaces that cycle. One application, maintained with nothing more than a mop or auto-scrubber.
We work with facility managers, building operators, and professional applicators across healthcare, education, hospitality, commercial, and industrial markets. Our goal is simple: give you better floors at a fraction of the ongoing cost.
Traditional polyurethanes rely on solvents to carry the resins. Those solvents are what cause the odor, flammability, and VOC problems. Supreme XTreme replaces the solvent with water β using a proprietary resin system that maintains full performance characteristics.

All Supreme XTreme products are 2-component aliphatic polyester polyurethanes β true water-based, solvent-free, and applied without primer to virtually any surface.
The flagship finish. SX Gloss delivers a mirror-like gloss (>85Β°) that makes floors look great all day without burnishing. Ideal for high-traffic VCT, vinyl sheeting, LVT, terrazzo, and wood surfaces. The hardest, most abrasion-resistant finish in the line β 4H pencil hardness and only 10β20 mg loss on the Taber abrasion test.
A modern, low-sheen finish (~15Β°) that delivers the same exceptional durability as SX Gloss without the mirror gloss. Popular for healthcare environments where glare is a concern, and for areas where a more understated appearance is preferred. Same 5B adhesion, same impact resistance β different look.
The middle ground β a satin sheen (~50Β°) that strikes the perfect balance between the high-shine of Clear and the understated look of Matte. Extremely popular for hospitality, retail, and commercial applications where appearance matters but full gloss is too much. Same class-leading adhesion and flexibility as the full line.

Any facility currently in a wax cycle β hospitals, schools, commercial buildings. Supreme XTreme eliminates the entire burnishing, buffing, and stripping process in one application. The labor savings alone justify the switch many times over. This isn't an upgrade β it's the end of the cycle.
Occupied buildings, tile and grout surfaces, UV-exposed areas, and any project where flexibility matters. Epoxy has its place on bare concrete in non-UV environments β but it can't go on tile, can't handle building movement, and requires shutdown. Supreme XTreme covers the territory epoxy simply cannot.
Solvent urethanes deliver similar performance numbers, but the VOC levels, odor, and flammability make them incompatible with hospitals, schools, and any building that stays open. Supreme XTreme delivers comparable durability at under 10 g/L VOC β no shutdown, no respirator, no evacuation.
Floor wax is soft, high-maintenance, and doesn't seal substrates. Epoxy is rigid, UV-unstable, and can't be safely applied in occupied facilities. Solvent urethanes match performance but require building shutdowns. Supreme XTreme bridges all three β delivering epoxy-level adhesion, urethane-level flexibility, and wax-beating economics at under 10 g/L VOC. It is the only coating system that can be applied to tile, grout, vertical surfaces, and concrete in an occupied hospital, school, or commercial building β on the same product line, in the same visit.
Supreme XTreme was designed specifically for environments that can't shut down for maintenance. Explore how it performs in your industry.
Hospitals and healthcare facilities face a unique challenge: floors must meet the highest standards for cleanliness, safety, and durability β while the building stays fully operational 24/7. Traditional wax systems can't keep up, and solvent coatings require shutdowns no hospital can afford.
Supreme XTreme is applied with no odor, no evacuation, and no downtime. It resists bleach, betadine, and the full range of hospital-grade disinfectants. NFSI Certified High Traction means safer floors for patients and staff. LEED eligible for green building certifications.
Hotels, restaurants, and food service operations need floors that look great and stay great β without constant maintenance interrupting the guest experience. Supreme XTreme was used at the Gaylord Palms Hotel and McDonald's locations nationwide for exactly this reason.
With anti-graffiti properties, easy cleaning, and a finish that resists ketchup, grease, and food service chemicals, it's the obvious choice for any hospitality environment. Available in Gloss, Satin, or Matte to match your brand aesthetic.
Schools and universities are among the biggest beneficiaries of Supreme XTreme. The endless cycle of wax, buff, strip, and repeat is one of the largest ongoing maintenance expenses in any school district. Supreme XTreme eliminates it completely.
Minooka School District applied SX Gloss to VCT hallways and classrooms β the result was floors that are easier to clean, longer-lasting, and no longer require the buffing equipment that took up storage and labor budget. Applied over summer or breaks without extended downtime.
From big box retailers to airports, office complexes, and government buildings β Supreme XTreme handles the demands of high-traffic commercial environments without the ongoing maintenance overhead. O'Hare International Airport uses it to maintain shine under extreme daily traffic.
UV-stable chemistry means no yellowing even in sunlit lobbies. Anti-graffiti properties keep retail spaces clean. And with the ability to coat virtually any surface β floors, walls, tile β one product handles the whole building.
Industrial environments demand coatings that can take a beating β forklift traffic, chemical spills, heavy equipment, and extreme wear. Supreme XTreme was applied at Space Mountain in Disney World, Soldier Field for the Chicago Bears, and manufacturing facilities across the country.
160 in-lbs impact resistance β the highest possible result. Direct-to-concrete adhesion without primer. Chemical resistance to gasoline, MEK, skydrol, and acids. And with anti-spalling properties, it protects concrete from the inside out.
Every claim we make about Supreme XTreme is backed by independent testing. Watch the videos below to see exactly how this product performs under real-world conditions β and beyond.
5B (100%) adhesion β the highest possible ASTM D3359 rating. Watch what it takes to pull this coating off a surface. Spoiler: it doesn't come off.
160 in-lbs impact resistance β the maximum result. A ball-pein hammer delivers direct and indirect impact. The coating absorbs it without cracking or delaminating.
>32% elongation β the coating bends without breaking. Applied to vinyl and rubber, it flexes with the substrate instead of cracking. This is why it works where epoxy fails.
Spray paint, permanent markers, and other graffiti wipe off cleanly without damaging the coating. This is the property that makes it perfect for stadiums, parking garages, and public spaces.
Write on it. Wipe it off. The surface remains completely intact. This test demonstrates the non-stick, easy-clean properties of the water-based formula β no solvents means nothing sticks.
